- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nobody answers their phones anymore! They don't want you to go to the ER unless you're dying but they won't pick up their phones and answer any questions! I am so frustrated right now that I wouldn't recommend taking anybody or even a pet snake to them! It would die before you got any answers! I think it is bull that they want you to leave a message but if you call during their office hours they don't call back until after they close!
